Anthony values diversity, high frequency participation in networks, and providing career paths in operations for people of all background and skill.
Anthony possesses extensive expertise in Lean Thinking and excels in both comprehending its principles and effectively applying them across diverse processes. Since 2002, Anthony has served as a lean consultant, achieving significant transformations in various industries such as food, automotive, minerals processing, and transaction processes.
Andrew Gill
Network Facilitator – Victoria
Andrew is a seasoned operations manager, with decades of experience in senior executive positions within a range of industrial companies. Andrew has a passion for operational excellence and Australian industry. Andrew worked his first 20 years primarily in the fertiliser & agro-chemical manufacturing industries in Australia for ICI, Orica & Incitec companies and subsidiaries. Roles ranged from technical sales, product development & marketing to packaging & distribution development & management, to supply chain/logistics management.
From 2000, Andrew worked with SCHÜTZ GmbH to build their first factory in Australia. Andrew was more recently GM for SCHÜTZ Middle East Co Ltd.

Peter Davidson
Network Facilitator – New Zealand
For over 20 years, Peter has held senior executive positions in a number of large industrial companies in both Australia and New Zealand. Most recently he has been a member of the senior executive leadership team of Hynds Ltd.
A key part of Peter’s experience has been in lean strategy development and implementation. He is looking forward to working with companies in New Zealand as they journey to operational excellence. Peter has an engagement style that focuses on coaching and mentoring that will add significant value to members in New Zealand.
Outside of work, Peter chairs a social services organisation and over the past 15 years he and his wife have been foster parents to over 50 babies.

Jackie Shervington
Network Facilitator – West Australia
Jackie is a growth-focused leader specialising in delivering strategic clarity and stakeholder engagement and empowering leaders to adopt new disciplined operating rhythms and achieve measured successful outcomes.
For over 30 years, she has worked across diverse sectors, including technology, digital communications, energy and banking, from start-ups to large global corporations.
Jackie is the Co CEO of Motium, an award-winning WA-based advanced manufacturer of rugged technology, for the last four years and has worked alongside the business owner, leading the team to double the business size and revenue.
While discovering manufacturing later in her career, she is excited by the tactile rewards of manufacturing and the inventive teamwork that it offers. She is looking forward to facilitating a stronger WA ecosystem of manufacturers, growing capability and inspiring greatness.
