Sunny Queen are currently conducting some research on the benefits of implementing rewards and recognition programs.
- Can anyone in the Network, please advise if they have already or are currently in the process of; implementing a rewards and recognition program?
- Does this also include % cost saving and sharing to employees?
- We would be interested to hear more about how different levels of recognition are calculated against savings.
