Leadership and Management training – October 2020

Dear Members,

Dynamic Ratings is a privately owned Australian business with offices in Australia and the United States. We help power utilities and industrial customers to successfully implement online asset monitoring solutions for their electrical assets. We do this by providing customers with industry expertise combined with our own hardware and software products.

As the business grows, so is the need for strong and capable leadership. While the majority of our leadership team has grown up through the business which brings many benefits, they have missed out on formal Leadership and Management training.

The areas we are looking to develop are:

  • Emotional intelligence, self-assessment, trust & influence, communication
  • Aligning goals with strategy and priority management linked to business needs
  • Peer to manager transition, delegation, coaching, building collaborative teams and managing performance

This training would initially be provided to the current leadership team, then future leaders in the business as part our talent pipeline.

Dynamic Ratings is seeking recommendations for courses and/or course providers that other Best Practice Network members have experienced. We would anticipate a course at this level would be multiple days over multiple months.
