DEC International is an innovative manufacturing and technology group based in Hamilton, New Zealand. It manufactures controlled release animal pharmaceutical products based on plastic injection moulded material and also manufactures precision injection moulded products for use in health & industrial products. As it manufactures pharmaceutical products, it operates in a highly regulated environment.
DEC is currently putting together its Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
We are seeking feedback from members (on a confidential basis):
- sharing either your template or all or part of your BCP (we are also happy to share our initial draft)
- sharing how you have implemented your BCP so the relevant people are fully informed
- collaborating with you on preparation of a BCP
- discussing on phone or Zoom how to write an effective BCP
