Abbe is currently looking to review their employee engagement surveys and is looking for recommendations from within Best Practice Network, on any external methodologies, tools and platforms they may have used. Previously we have completed surveys internally, however our company has grown and we are looking for the expertise of an external company for the latest ideas and technologies in the market for when we launch our new surveys.
We want to ask Best Practice Network for assistance with recommending companies they have used to conduct Employee engagement surveys and would love to connect with others within the Network that have done some work around this area. We are ideally looking for recommendations from those that have worked within manufacturing environments.
We would appreciate feedback on:
- Which Employee engagement survey did you implement and why?
- How would you rate it’s capabilities out of 10, and how well do you use its features?
- Are you happy with it? What are you not happy about with it?
- Any other comments or feedback you may have
