Are you a member who excels at managing return-to-work programs?

At Darwalla, the Return to Work (RTW) program has traditionally been managed by HR as part of the payroll function. However, as the volume of work has increased, we are exploring more effective ways to handle it. While we take RTW seriously, there isn’t enough volume to justify a dedicated role. Therefore, we’re considering distributing these tasks across a small team to improve efficiency.
