Dynamic Ratings top priority is to help utilities successfully deploy and manage their condition monitoring programs to improve the safety and reliability of their assets across the grid. We provide condition-based monitoring products and services to the utility industry.
Dynamic Ratings want to establish production lines equipped with a manual conveyor system for manufacturing electrical product assemblies using lightweight, modular, interchangeable aluminium tube lengths.
Key Considerations
- We’ve examined standard benches featuring angled shelving units, but we’re interested in exploring alternative solutions
- Furthermore, I’m keen to learn about other businesses’ experiences with conveyor systems—both manual and automated—in assembling electrical devices weighing between 1 to 5 kg, supporting production volumes ranging from 5 to 50 units per day with a team of four operators.
I’ve included photos of similar flexible cells from a different setting, which should give a clear idea of what we aim to replicate. Unfortunately, the manufacturer Leantek/Trilogiq Australia seems to have ceased operations approximately 10 years ago, and the Trilogiq brand is not represented in Australia.
