Wagners company is trying to consolidate systems and streamline project workflows, in order to improve productivity and efficiency across its business.
We would like suggestions from the Best Practice Network Members and contacts for a simple and robust platform (or platforms) for storing project documents (drawings, quotes etc), communicating with team members, posting updates for management, and storing development information (R&D etc.)
We currently use a mix of network Windows servers and sharepoints, but the network server has become messy and is not compatible with the company’s global outlook. We have found Sharepoint to be difficult to navigate and a bit cumbersome.
We look forward to receiving all recommendations, referrals and guidance, with the opportunity to discuss further. Attending site visits would be most welcome.
