Sunny Queen Farms have been producing Australia’s smiley faced eggs for over 80 years. They currently employ 150 personnel and have been running ad-hoc internal mentorships upon team member request.
We would like to hear from organisations in the Best Practice Network who are running successful structured mentorship programs and are willing to share their feedback, knowledge and experience.
