Priestley’s Gourmet Delights is a delicious “hidden gem” within the food manufacturing industry. We are dedicated to the manufacture of cheesecakes, gateaux, individual desserts, tarts, slices, pavlovas, meringues and other indulgent dessert products.
Within the New Product Development departments, we are conducting daily “huddles” to connect and discuss lead measurers that ensure success. We are trying to get away from focusing on lag and instead discuss lead measures.
PG Delights is seeking assistance from within the Best Practice Network and would like feedback and any suggestions for lead vs lag measures for Product Development?
A lag product development measure may be consumer testing results, sales figures, or customer praise/complaint levels.
But what are the lead measures for product development?
