We would welcome any guidance from organisations within Best Practice Network on how they manage shared Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) and battery charging (without opportunity charge capabilities) between multi-shifts.
We would appreciate feedback on :
- What are the set expectations of each shift?
- How is information on battery charge status / pre-start checks communicated between shifts?
- If anyone has photos of their MHE areas and MHE communication or visual boards, we would love to see them
