Prolife Foods is a global food company based in New Zealand. We are well known for brands such as Alison’s Pantry, Mother Earth, Donovans Chocolate. Prolife has operating businesses in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore and manufacturing facilities in New Zealand and Australia.
We are planning to implement a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) into our main New Zealand factory based in Hamilton. The CMMS does not need to integrate into our ERP system and will run independently as a stand alone system.
We are seeking feedback from those who have implemented a stand alone CMMS into a medium sized business.
We would appreciate specific comments on:
- Which CMMS did you implement and why?
- How would you rate it’s capabilities out of 10, and how well do you use its features?
- Are you happy with it? What are you not happy about with it?
- Are your maintenance team using phones or tablets, and does this work well?
- What labour resources are required to run and maintain the system?
- Any other comments or feedback you may have
