SCHÜTZ Australia is a respected leader throughout Australia in reusable packaging systems. The Company manufactures and supplies the SCHÜTZ ECOBULK range of IBCs, and plastic drums – including the locally designed G2 drum range suitable for the packaging of crop protection products.
We are looking at purchasing a software program to assist with our pre-employment recruitment process.
We would welcome any guidance from organisations within Best Practice Network and to hear what other manufacturing companies are using in this space.
We would appreciate feedback on :
- A program that is cost efficient and user friendly for blue collar employees.
- It needs to include a mobile app for pre-employment docs to be completed and then submitted to us. At the moment we are using an electronic version which cannot be done by mobile (computer based).
