Learning to Lead – Skills and Techniques To Lead Your Team
If you, or one of your team are ready to learn how to lead, this leadership program is for you. Over the course of the program, participants will be provided with the skills and techniques to elevate their leadership capabilities.
This series of 6 workshops will be facilitated by Ron Spiteri, Managing Director, Best Practice Network and Luciano Peloche, Consulting Operations Manager, TXM Lean Solutions and will run across Australia and New Zealand, commencing on Tuesday 1 March 2022.
Lean Thinking underpins this leadership approach, meaning that your leadership will be based on creating an environment of mutual trust and respect, and your style will focus on engaging your team.
The assigned activities will enable you to mature from a state of chaos to calm, which will be reflected in your personal performance, and that of your team. Just remember – “if you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.”
